Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every wooden automaton we ship. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original condition with all moving parts intact, in original packaging, and accompanied by your order number.
⚙ Natural variation is not a defect. Wood grain, tone, and minor differences in movement speed are natural characteristics of hand-carved wooden automata. These are signs of authenticity, not manufacturing defects.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items with damage caused by improper handling or operation
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery

How to Return
Email Us — Contact [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Receive Instructions — We respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and packaging instructions for delicate mechanical parts.
Pack Carefully — Secure all moving parts as they were when delivered. Use original packaging where possible. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refund Issued — Once received and mechanism inspected (1–3 days), refund issued within 5–10 business days to original payment method.
Damaged or Non-Moving Items
If your automaton arrives damaged or the mechanism does not move correctly, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
