2. Nature of Handcrafted Automata
All products are hand-carved wooden automata with mechanical moving parts. Because they are crafted from natural wood, each piece is unique. Minor variations in wood grain, finish color, and movement speed are inherent to handcrafted goods and are not considered defects.
3. Safe Use & Care
Wooden automata are decorative mechanical sculptures intended for adult collectors and display. Keep away from children under 14 years. Operate the crank gently — do not force the mechanism. Keep away from moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. Wipe with a dry cloth only.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Stripe. All transactions are SSL encrypted. We do not store payment card details.
5. Shipping
Processing time is 3–7 business days. US shipping only. Each automaton is tested before shipment. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days for items in original condition with mechanism intact. Items with damage from improper operation are not eligible for return. See our Returns Policy.
