Every wooden automaton is carefully packed to protect delicate moving parts during transit.
Processing Time
Wooden automata require 3–7 business days for processing. Each piece is individually inspected and tested before packing to ensure the mechanism moves correctly.
⚙ We test every automaton before shipping. We turn each crank and verify the movement is smooth and correct. This takes time — and it is worth it.

Fragile Packaging
Wooden automata contain delicate mechanical parts. Every order is packed with foam padding around moving components, individual wrapping for protruding parts (wings, fins, limbs), a sturdy double-wall outer box, and Fragile labeling on all sides.
📦 Please photograph the outer packaging before opening if it shows any signs of damage. This helps us process damage claims quickly.
